The borderColor attribute specifies the color of the border aournd the shape.

All colors in Inquisit are specified as a blend of red, green, and blue components. The intensity of each component can be varied to form a wide variety of color shades (16,581,375 to be exact). The default borderColor is black.
The following defines a blue square with a 1 pixel red border:
