build:								the Inquisit build 

q*_response:						response given (in assigned values)
									Scale: q1a-q1f (the main 6 questions) are scored on a scale 0 (none of the time) - 4 (all of the time)
									q2: 1 ('more often than usual: a lot') to 7 ('less often than usual: a lot')
									q3-q4: number of days
									q5: number of times
									q6: 1 ('all of the time') to 5 ('none of the time)
																		
									NO reversed scored questions

									question (the last time this particular surveyPage was visited)
